    • Only Afghanistan is allowed as the destination country, We usually complete transfers to Afghanistan within one working day.
    • We are not responsible for delays caused by bank holidays, system failures, or circumstances beyond our control.

    10. Cancellations and Refunds

    • If you wish to cancel your transfer, please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible. Transfers that have already been paid out to the recipient cannot be cancelled. If your transfer has been paid but has not yet been processed or completed, we may be able to cancel it and arrange a refund.

    • Ensure your funds come from legitimate sources
    • Not use our Services for any illegal, fraudulent, or prohibited activities

    We will not be liable for losses caused by incorrect recipient details provided by you.
